Zulficar & Partners gladly reports the resounding success of the 1st ICC Court Egypt Arbitration day that was held in Cairo on Wednesday 15 May 2024. We were delighted to co-sponsor this landmark event that marks a new era of positioning Egypt as a hub for international arbitration. With more than 270 registrations and 17 speakers, and our very own Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Wahab C.Arb, FCIArb having delivered a seminal keynote speech, this full day event included 3 panels, one dedicated to the Egyptian judiciary, the second tackled construction disputes and the third addressed M&A disputes, with Mrs. Mona Zulficar sharing success stories in M&A on dispute avoidance management and resolution.
