We are pleased to have acted as legal counsel to Coca-Cola HBC on the establishment of its new Digital Hub in Egypt, advising on the legal structuring and implementation of this landmark investment. We were represented at their recent inauguration of Coca-Cola HBC Services’ new Digital Hub in Egypt by our Partner, Mariam El Masry, and Senior Associate, Amr Meselhy.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by H.E. Dr. Ahmed Kouchouk, Minister of Finance, H.E. Dr. Mohamed Farid, Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade, Eng. Ahmed Elzaher, CEO of ITIDA, Mr. Zoran Bogdanovic, CEO of Coca-Cola HBC, Ms. Naya Kalogeraki, Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Mourad Ajarti, Chief Digital & Technology Officer, alongside senior government officials and business leaders.
The debut of the Digital Hub marks a significant milestone in Egypt’s continued emergence as a leading destination for digital services and innovation. The Digital Hub will support Coca-Cola HBC’s operations across 27 markets in Europe and Africa, reinforcing Egypt’s position as a regional technology and business services hub.
