The Firm’s Arbitration Group is headed by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Wahab, a distinguished leading international arbitrator counsel, and expert who appeared in international ad-hoc and institutional proceedings under the auspices of the AAA, ADCCAC, CRCICA, DIAC, DIFC-LCIA, ICC, ICSID, JCAA, LCIA, LMAA, SCC, and SIAC proceedings.

Zulficar & Partners’ Capital Markets Group is the market leader in Egypt in its field with extensive and significant hands-on experience in all capital market transactions.
Headed by Anwar Zeidan, the Capital Markets Group is not only known for its in-depth knowledge of the regulatory framework, but is also proactively helping to shape regulations through its constant interaction with the regulators.
Corporate & M&A
The M&A practice is headed by Dr. Ingy Badawy. Dr. Firas El Samad and Anwar Zeidan, founding partners, are prominent and active members of the M&A practice. Mona Zulficar, founding partner, provides the M&A group with valuable support as and when required. The M&A practice comprises eight partners and more than 20 talented lawyers (the “Team”) and in recognition of the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to the success of the practice extends to include members from other groups within the Firm as and when needed.
Litigation
Zulficar & Partners Litigation Group of lawyers has the extensive experience of the procedural and substantive laws of Egypt. Headed by Founding Partner Mahmoud Shaltout, the Firm’s Litigation group of lawyers possess the expertise and required skills to represent local and international clients at all levels of courts and settlement negotiations, as well as the extensive experience in representing clients at the Ministerial Committee for Settlement of Investment Disputes.
