We are pleased to have acted as the legal advisor of Obegi for Chemical Industries and Polymers SAE (“OCIP”) on the successful sale of its state-of-the-art plant for the manufacturing of high-quality water-based emulsion polymers serving the coatings, construction, and adhesives industries. The sale was to one of the leading players in the field of chemical industries, Eagle for Chemicals Manufacturing and Trading SAE (“Eagle”).
