Zulficar & Partners co-sponsored the 2nd ICC Court Egypt Arbitration Day and ICC YAAF event titled “Who Holds the Power? Navigating Shareholders’ Disputes”, held in Cairo on Tuesday, 14 October 2025, as part of Egypt Arbitration Days.
With over 300 registrants and 26 expert speakers, both events offered rich discussions on key developments in arbitration and corporate disputes.
The ICC Court Egypt Arbitration Day opened with remarks from Sherif AKL, a keynote by H.E. Dr. Hala H. Elsaid, and a legal keynote by Samaa Haridi.

The ICC YAAF event, opened by Salma Nasreldine, featured two timely panels:
