Khaled M. Hammad

Khaled M. Hammad joined Zulficar and Partners in 2009 as an Associate in the Firm’s Procedures and Capital Market Department.
Khaled M. Hammad has more than 26 years of experience in the legal field, during which he mainly focused on general corporate practices, including corporate structuring, corporate advisory, handling all procedures of incorporation and amendment of companies, drafting contracts, articles of incorporation and their modifications, minutes of boards of directors and general assemblies, all documentation and licensing procedures, and dealing with all official authorities concerned. He established a long line of companies, ranging from joint-stock companies, limited liability companies, partnership companies and simple partnerships, in addition to advising clients on the day-to-day corporate matters.
Khaled M. Hammad has extensive experience in capital market law, he is deeply involved in complex restructuring, M&A and capital market transactions, providing legal advice on transactional & non-transactional corporate and regulatory matters, mandatory tender offers, and getting the required approvals.
Since he is highly experienced in leading communication with governmental bodies in relation to client representation and conflict resolution based on his understanding of various business practices, Khaled M. Hammad represents clients before the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority, General Authority of Investment and Free Zones, Egypt Exchange, Misr for Central Clearing, Depository and Registry Commercial Registry, Notary Public and many other governmental authorities.
Moreover, Khaled M. Hammad has a wide experience in representing the clients before Dispute Settlement Committees, Economical Court, Administrative Court and High Court of Cassation. He drafts appeals, petitions and memos and submit it on behalf of the Firm’s clients before the concerned authorities.
Furthermore, Khaled M. Hammad has a wide experience in real estate law, civil law, commercial law, trade law, notary public law and commercial registration law.
Khaled M. Hammad obtained his LL.B. from Asyut University in 1992.
He is a member of Egyptian Bar Association since 1996 and in 2014, he admitted before the High Court of Cassation.
