Tamima has over 20 years of experience as a transactional and regulation lawyer. She combines deep and broad legal expertise, operational knowledge, and business acumen.

Specialized in banking and project financing; she advises multinational, regional, and large local financial institutions and corporate entities on financing transactions including sophisticated syndications, club and multilateral loans, credit facility agreements, debt rescheduling agreements, and related security documents acting for both lenders and borrowers.

She also provides regulation and compliance advisory on banking and non-banking financing, and participates in market consultations on regulation as a subject matter expert.

Tamima holds an LLM Banking and Finance with Merit from the University of London.
