Noha Khaled
Counsel
Ms. Noha Khaled is a Counsel in the Firm’s International Arbitration Group.
Ms. Khaled obtained a double LL.B. in French and Egyptian Law with Honours from Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne in association with Cairo University, Institut de Droit des Affaires Internationales (“IDAI”).
Ms. Khaled obtained her Master I in International and European Business Law from IDAI and her Master II in Commercial International Law, specialised in International Arbitration, from Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne University in France, in 2013. Further to the completion of her Master II, Ms. Khaled has practiced arbitration in reputable French Law firms in Paris, until she has joined the Firm in April 2015.
Ms. Khaled advises clients on diverse legal issues, more specifically in civil and commercial matters, and has been involved in international arbitration cases under the auspices of the CRCICA, ICC and several other notable arbitral institutions. Ms. Khaled has expertise in oil & gas, telecommunications and construction related disputes.
Her working languages are French, English, Arabic and has a working knowledge in Spanish. She is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association.
